❄️ Winter Storm & Extreme Cold Safety Notice ❄️
A significant snowstorm and dangerously cold temperatures are expected. Please take the following steps to stay safe and help protect our apartment community:
Keep your heat set to a consistent temperature, even when away (minimum 64)
Open cabinets under sinks and allow faucets to drip slightly to help prevent frozen pipes.
Report any loss of heat, water leaks, or maintenance emergencies immediately.
Use caution on the sidewalks and in common areas, as surfaces may be icy.
Avoid unnecessary travel during the storm.
If possible, park vehicles in garages or move them to designated cleared areas to allow snowplows and maintenance crews to safely remove snow.
Clear snow and ice from your vehicle before driving.
Dress in warm layers, limit time outdoors, and bring pets indoors.
Charge phones and keep flashlights, batteries, food, and water on hand in case of power outages.
Check on neighbors who may need assistance.
