Friends of mine reached a few months ago asking if I would help them sell their home. I graciously said yes, of course, and we closed the deal just this week. My peeps Mellysa & Chris are on their way to California now … and will be off to travel the globe soon thereafter.

There are always intricate reasons for selling or buying a home. Some reasons are for the better… some are not so fortunate... yet either way, I love the stories and connections that come from a real estate transaction. The end goal is always the same - to help someone transition forward into a new season of life.

3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a finished basement, with 1ac of land & a pond in Delmar, NY …. Yes please. My clients and I had been looking for months before this gem came on the market. So we toured the property the same day it was listed and sent an offer the sellers couldn’t refuse. I couldn’t be happier for the buyers I helped. Their family will grow beautifully in this home 🏡🥳🍾

48 McBride Rd is back OFF the market. Our initial buyer walked away from their deal after inspections were completed ... and a new buyer’s agent reached out to me the same day that I re-listed the property as active. They sent an offer the next day ... and both parties negotiated seamlessly on the prior inspection report items. The new buyers are Mechanicville natives - and they love what my clients did with this home .. Happy for both parties on this one.

It took only 4 days to have this beauty-of-a-home locked under contract. The sellers are friends and colleagues of mine who entrusted in me to get their home sold, and help them transition through this sale efficiently, so they could move home to CA without any worries. We received 3 offers after the first weekend and my clients made their choice of the lot.

Housing inventory across New York State in February, fell to its lowest level on record.

Supply and Demand .. this low inventory should keep home prices high.
