Caitlin Montalvo, Realtor Caitlin Montalvo is an associate real estate broker with Howard Hanna of the Greater Capital Region, which inspires all girls to be strong, smart and bold.

Caitlin joins Howard Hanna with over 15 years of client service experience and a true enthusiasm for working with people. She began her professional career as a senior account executive for a local advertising firm where she was one of the highest producing sales representatives in the company’s history. Caitlin also has experience as a territory sales manager for a premiere consumer packaged goods company. Always having been drawn to the business of real estate, she obtained her New York State Real Estate License, allowing her to utilize the skills she has developed throughout her career in sales while fulfilling her passion for helping others. A native of the Capital District, Caitlin grew up in Clifton Park, studied Business at Russell Sage College in Troy, and now resides in Halfmoon with her husband, two sons and rescue dog after living in Albany for approximately 10 years. She is deeply invested in improving her community, serving as a member of the Junior League of Albany, a women’s civic leadership and training organization, and on the Board of Directors of Girls Inc. Caitlin holds the following licenses and memberships:
