That last venture wasn’t just a restaurant—it was a major investment, and it didn’t pay off. Time, money, energy… all of it on the line, and in the end, it fell short. That kind of loss that sticks with you. It forces you to take a hard look at your decisions, your risks, and your mindset.

But I don’t quit.

I’ve learned that not every investment returns profit—some return experience, clarity, and resilience. And those lessons are worth everything. I’m taking all of that with me into my next chapter.

Now I’m opening Uncle Joe’s pizzeria with a true and experienced owner operator. A smarter approach, a sharper vision, and the same hunger to build something real. This isn’t about chasing a comeback—it’s about building something stronger from the ground up.
