Relive your high school memories as you walk up the front steps and into what used to be the old gym at 249 Leonard Avenue in Clifton. We have refinished some of the beautiful oak gym floor back to its original condition. Look up and see the amazing, original wood ceiling. Some of you will remember playing basketball or wrestling in the gym, going down to wood shop classes, or even performing on the stage.

We have tried to retain as much of the original building as possible as we have been constructing 32 apartments with kitchenette (granite countertop!) and private bath. We have finished 29 apartments. Most are rented, but we have a few available.

The tennis court has been turned into a courtyard with swim spa/hot tub, grills, pickle ball court, and corn hole for residents to enjoy!!

Come visit us. These are the best accommodations in Clifton whether you work at the mine or are just visiting. Come stay with us for a few nights or rent a unit for two months or longer. You’ll love it here!
