There are some real estate transactions that are simply more personal than others.

Listing a home that is part of an estate can be both challenging and emotional. A house holds so much more than walls and a roof, it holds the presence of the people who once called it home. When the estate belongs to a member of your own family who has passed away, saying goodbye and handing those keys to someone new carries an entirely different meaning.

This closing was one of those for me and my family.

As difficult as it was to hand over the keys to this home, we truly could not have asked for a better-suited set of buyers to begin their own chapter here.
