Reductions in inventory increased house values by 10.9 percent in the last year. That is the most significant increase in seven years. if you did not purchase a house in 2012 at low price and big inventory - its getting harder and harder now

So what is driving the increase in values? Reductions in inventory, a slowly improving economy, renewed investor demand and ultra-low interest rates have all provided tailwinds for the improvement in the housing market

The units are designated for low-income households earning less than 60 percent of the area median income, or $49,800 for a family of four.

The asset features a rooftop hydroponic farm that will provide fresh produce to the residents. The farm will be operated by Sky Vegetables, a Boston-based urban agriculture company. HOME Values are UP in many AREAS hit by S a n d y (according to a recent survey). In NEW JERSEY, it's up by almost 2% over pre-Sandy values -- HIGHER, actually, THAN in areas NOT IMPACTED by the storm.
