We accepted an offer after the first showing in a very tricky market and ended up with a second offer overask coming in a week later. People went nuts for this apt and I strongly think it was due to your staging that was perfectly balanced and hit all the right notes with prospective buyers. The other two apartments listed in the building, one of which is similar but has a very differently staged look, are still sitting on the market. We are set to close this week!
