Everyone please remember, if you are a resident or property owner in Beechview, you must have a boat sticker on your trailer to park at the parking area at the boat ramp. If you are visiting a resident with your boat you must carry your vehicle and trailer back to the resident you are visiting. This weekend we observed some that came through the gate and unloaded their boat . The same ones were also seen loading their boat and leaving through the gate. If you are a resident and need a sticker then let us know. Vehicles without a sticker are subject to being towed at the owners expense. This is a private property and the boat ramp is for use by beechview residents and their guest only.

We kindly request that when disposing of items in the roll-off dumpster, you place them flat or cut/break materials to fit within the container's dimensions and not sticking out on sides. Drivers or board members are having to cut items to fit dumpsters. This would be greatly appreciated. Thank you and have a safe weekend.

We have the big construction dumpsters at the bathhouse and on River bluff drive, these are for construction materials, old furniture, grills, etc. please don’t put bag household garbage in these. The small dumpsters are for household bag garbage only. Please help us keep those separate and use them for what they were intended for.

We are missing some important mail and think it might have been put in the wrong mailbox because I get mail every little bit that's not ours. It would be address to Jeffery Ray or Elsie Ray at 148 Beechview Dr. If anyone has it I'll go get it if they lmk or just put it in our box. 931-676-7349

Beechview first meeting of the year was great! Several landowners attended the meeting and enjoyed great fellowship and some really good BBQ pork and chicken! We appreciate those who attended on this Easter weekend but that’s how it fell on the calendar. We look forward to seeing everyone throughout the year and looking forward to a great summer! We had our election for our 8 member board and they are:

Please read the section under bath house cleaning and mowing requirements at the above link in the newsletter.

We are accepting bids for the bath house and mowing until the morning of Friday, April 3rd so I can have them for the first meeting of the year on Saturday, April 4th which will be down at the bath house as usual at 10am. The board votes on these 2 items before the members meeting.

Also need to know anyone that wishes to run for the board no later than April 1st by email so I can have ballots ready for the owners meeting.

I am requesting this information no later than the dates because I will not have a computer or printer to do so after Friday morning because I will be down that evening at my lot. We hope to see as many as can make it. Normally our first meeting of the year is always the biggest and can give a lot of information as well as new owners meeting everyone.

Another package has come up missing when FedEx left it inside the gate. If you saw it, picked it up or saw someone get it please let Phillip Pope know asap please.

Did anyone see or get my package from Home Depot that FedEx delivered by the gate? I have no idea why the driver put it by the gate? They deliver to me and others all the time. Please post my missing package on our Beechview page to see if someone picked it up with good intentions to get it to me. It has my name and address on it. Thanks!🙏
