Our History & Who We Are: Originally founded by Dave Warner and Kurt Kraft. Warner Landscape & Sod is an independent family owned turf care management company located in the Southeastern Detroit metropolitan area. We have been involved in the Turf Care industry for over 20 plus years, it is our specialty, it is our passion, it is who we are. Warner Landscape & Sod is fully insured and is properly licensed through the State of Michigan Dept of Agriculture. Lawn Fertilization/Weed Control (we use a high quality slow release granular Fertilizer Lawn Aerations -Fall/Spring Grub Control Insect/Disease Control Outdoor Flea & Tick Treatments How is Warner Landscape and Sod different from other lawn fertilizing companies. High quality slow release granular fertilizer- 5 Fertilizing Applications per season. We have found this to be a proven method to provide just the right level for your lawn to look green and healthy. We also find this to be a great savings for our customers verses other lawn fertilizing services that do 7 to 9 fertilizing applications Warner Landscapes and Sod believes in providing high quality services- We send out 2 Certified Lawn Technicians out on every job.
