Eastpointe - The City of Eastpointe Arts and Cultural Diversity Commission invites residents and visitors to attend the 3rd Annual Juneteenth Freedom Day Celebration this Friday, June 19, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Eastpointe City Hall Courtyard.

Join us as we celebrate freedom, culture, community, and unity through an afternoon of family-friendly activities and entertainment.

Tuesday, June 2nd is our first summer market of the season. ☀️

Every Sunday and Tuesday, June through September, attend the Sunday and Tuesday market, featuring local vendors with activities for all ages.

Our Sunday Market runs from 10 am to 4 pm, and features local craftsmen, artisans, clothing, and apparel with events in Shed 5.

Our Tuesday Market runs from 9 am to 3 pm, and features our regular Saturday Market vendors with additional health and wellness resources, and free yoga and Zumba in Shed 3.

Food trucks will also be onsite to grab lunch, with many of our district businesses open to eat, shop, and explore.

A Reminder that Friday, May 22, the office will be closed for the holiday weekend and we will be back in the office Tuesday, May 26. After that the office will be closed on Fridays for the summer. We will still answer phones and the drop box is available 24 hours a day. Happy Memorial Day!

🎬 Get ready for our first drive-in movie of the year! 🎬Zootopia 2 will be showing at Veterans Memorial Parking Lot on May 29, beginning at dusk.

$10 per car, passes must be purchased in advanced at the Parks and Recreation Office, located inside the Civic Arena (20000 Stephens St)

One week from today! Eastpointe Residents: the first Stephens Road Greenway Community Engagement Meeting is Wednesday, May 6th, from 4:00 to 6:30 PM at St. Clair Shores City Hall (27600 Jefferson Avenue).

This is your chance to share your ideas for a safer, greener, and more connected Stephens Road. Drop in when you can, and let your voice help shape the future of the corridor.

A second session is also available on Monday, May 11th, from 4:00 to 6:30 PM at the Center Line Parks and Recreation Center.
