Most of my closing photos are taken AT the office 🤔 This closing was special and more commemorative because of the effort that it took to help my buyer find and close on his home, and everyone pictured had a hand in it 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

My buyer, Michael (pictured left) had a short amount of time to find a home that was perfect and to move in, when we found this home it was in EXCELLENT shape...the only issue is that it needed a DEEP cleanout that most other buyers were not savvy enough to see past. Not Mike, he saw the potential past all of the stuff piled up inside, we wrote an offer and got him this house $5,000 UNDER asking price 😲🤑

So why am I on the porch in casual clothes? Because I wanted to make sure Mike and the other two pictured, Christa and his brother David, had as easy of a time possible getting all the junk out...so I drove down there right after closing this morning and got my hands dirty helping them with the move out because when I say "full service" I mean it 💪🏻After all the effort all of us put in to make it happen, I just wanted to do the right thing and make sure my client gets into his new home 🏡

Congrats, Michael! 🥳 It's been a long time coming and I'm glad you're finally here 😁 I had a fun adventure being your Realtor and I'm SO happy that you and your pup, Willow, finally get to go home 🐶🙏🏻

Meet Willow 🐶 She's been letting me help her dad, uncle, and grandma sell their home and find her a new one, but building her trust has been hard, some clients are hesitant for good reason. The first time I met with her at the listing presentation, she was nervous and didn't know what to think of me. She didn't want me coming near her and I could respect that, I was a stranger to her trying to prove that I'm the professional for the job.

Fast-forward to today, helping her dad and uncle move, Willow finally realized she has another human in her corner trying to make sure everything goes smoothly as possible as we get her into her new home 🏡 😊 I think you can tell by the photo, I earned a fan ❤️

Real estate isn't about me. It's not about the quick transaction. It's not about being gone the moment the home closes. It's about taking care of my clients every step and paw of the way, all the way from the people involved down to the furry fam they cherish 🥰 Thanks Willow for being the bestest dog, can't wait to get you (and your human, of course) in your new home next week 😁

Congrats to my buyer, who I've known all the way back to elementary school. Today was the final walk through...tomorrow is closing day 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

We both are Fraser kids, same graduating class, and he bought a house where someone who we used to be in the same circle as lived growing up, and to commemorate the amount of Fraser that went into this transaction, we couldn't have thought of a more perfect selfie to take in the garage 🤣 It's the smallest big town in the world I swear 😉
