What a great family to work with!
There are not enough stars to represent how much I would recommend Robin Fecarotta as a realtor! If you want someone who listens to what you need, is thorough, and motivated – Robin Fecarotta is the realtor for you. I had 4 weeks to find and close on a home/condominium so my daughter could move in before med school began. The last time I purchased real estate was 27 years ago and that was for new construction. Therefore, I really did not know what I was doing this time around. My daughter and I began our search by attending open houses. After the open houses, we drove through neighborhoods calling the numbers listed on signs in front of homes we were interested in seeing. This is how I met Robin. As it was a Sunday, I understood I would be leaving messages, and did so many times. However, Robin actually answered, and I explained our situation to her. There was a lot of activity the next day. From the sign-in sheets, the realtors we spoke to at the open houses were sending listings that were either beyond our budget, or undesirable due to location. Conversely, Robin found multiple listings that were within our budget and the appropriate distance from school. More importantly, Robin made sure the options had safety features such as attached garages and good neighborhoods for a young, single woman. The attention to detail made it feel like Robin was looking for her own daughter, and it was a very easy decision to work with Robin exclusively. Most people looking for a new home have their own circumstances that dictate a timeline. It could be because they sold their home and need to find a new home. Others must relocate for work or find a home in a better school district for their children. Even if they just want a change, people do not want to wait forever to find their new home. Our friends and family really thought our goal to get our daughter situated before her intense program began was unattainable. Robin made our goal a reality! We are all so grateful and will definitely call Robin when our other two children purchase their first homes!
