"Michigan Real Estate Myth"

"I checked my Zestimate, so I know what my home is worth."

Not necessarily.

Online estimates use algorithms. They don't know:
• Your recent renovations
• Your home's condition
• The view from your backyard
• The finished basement
• The new roof
• The neighborhood buyer demand

Those details can change your home's value by thousands or even tens of thousands of dollars.
