Congrats to my seller on selling this beautiful condo in Downtown Detroit!

I have to be honest 🤷🏽‍♀️ this deal was the most frustrating 😅😅 but MOST rewarding because I learned a lot! This property was listed during the initial mortgage interest rate increase 📈📈! After several offers falling through, a few price reductions, retaking of listing photos, and relisting the property in the mls, the property was sold to the right buyer!

I appreciate my seller relying heavily on my expertise 🙌🏾🙌🏾

God definitely always provides. This seller told me almost 7 years ago that when they were ready to sell that they would use me as a Realtor, the seller did just that! The seller allowed me decide on contractors, orchestrate repairs, and schedule movers for estimates!

After multiple offers, seller accepted an offer 15K over asking!

Seller also gave me an unexpected gift after closing! 🙏🏾🙏🏾

So glad I could close this deal with my amazing realtor friend.
