I don’t post enough! Mostly I’m so busy and truly so grateful for the trust my clients have on me. Is the moments when you see a home owner moving to a new adventure or having our buyers eager to start their new chapter in their new home 🏠 that brings us the most joy 🤩 😊

🏡 1210 & 1212 Route 31, Lebanon NJ was not an easy one with a commercial zoning. Yet we did it and congratulations to our clients who persevere through it.
🏠 4 Gideon Court, Flemington 08822 sold for 62k over asking! It was the second time selling this home . I was sad 😔 to see this beautiful family leave yet I know I have friends in other places . 😃
🏡 288 Marshall - this took longer than expected . Yet my sellers persevere thru it. And we were able to find a buyer that was appreciative and patient waiting for their new home . 🏠 sold for 20k over asking .
🏠 633 Warren, - this was so special as it was sold to a veteran who trust us to help him negotiate a bank own property. If you know the challenges this can bring ! And we were able to obtained a 10k under asking price .
