🏢 CLINTON, LET’S DO THIS AGAIN!! 👀

I was SO encouraged by the conversation on my last post about what Clinton needs!

So many great ideas, so much enthusiasm, and VERY little negativity! Just a healthy conversation about the possibilities for our community. I LOVE THAT! 🙌

So, in keeping with that same spirit, I’ve got another question for you…

WHAT WOULD YOU LOVE TO SEE IN THIS EMPTY DOWNTOWN BUILDING?! 🤔

What’s something Clinton NEEDS? Or maybe just something you’ve always WANTED to see downtown?

And here’s my one request… let’s keep it POSITIVE! No need to bash what we already have. I’m a big fan of optimism around here! 😂👏

💰 PRICED AT JUST $69,000!

This downtown building is ready for someone with a VISION and the drive to make it happen!

So let’s hear those ideas, Clinton!! 👇

📲 Interested in making something happen? Call/Text me at 580-383-7887!

🏢 CLINTON, I HAVE A QUESTION FOR YOU! 👀

If you could turn this building into ANYTHING, what would it be?!

We’ve got a former assisted living center FOR SALE, and the possibilities have me thinking! 🤔

💍 A beautiful wedding & event venue?

🏡 Multi-family housing or apartments?

🛼 A giant indoor roller skating rink?!

🏥 Rehab facility?

Let me know what you got!!

This one is a personal favorite of mine. 🏡

The Stratton Lane home is tucked away on a quiet, private, non-through street. Imagine evening walks without worrying about traffic, kids riding their bikes up and down the street, and beautiful pond and country views—all while living right in the middle of town. 🙌

Full disclosure: I live just down the street, so I can personally tell you how wonderful this area is.

To keep it simple: lots of space, great value, and one of the best streets in town.

Call or text to see it for yourself!

Luckily, we’ve had a few listings go under contract in the last couple of weeks! Here is an updated lineup, but as always, I can show you ANY property in Oklahoma whether it’s listed by me or someone else, never hesitate to ask!

I’m always looking to add more listings to my lineup, if you are considering selling, I’d love the opportunity to work for YOU. No property too big or too small. Give me a shout!

Well folks, this is it. ✋🛑

THIS is my most unique, you haven’t seen this before, listing!!

Think hidden rooms, secret entrances and exits, safes behind artwork… I’d show you, but then it wouldn’t be hidden or a secret now, would it?? 😂

You just have to see this one in person.

TV’s that come down from the ceiling, countertops that glow, high tech capabilities, pond views, state of the art gym, in home barbershop/hair salon….I could literally go on for days.

Ready for your mind to be blown?? I can’t keep this to myself..

**If you like numbers and investing like I do… UNDER $100/square foot 🙌

Call/ text me now.. I can’t wait to show you!
