FYI for meeting on Saturday, the 26th. On the agenda will be, paving of Fork Lake Dr. we got a really good quote of $64,000., that will entail the whole road and a special assessment on all homeowners. We currently have roughly $15,780 in funds. There are 57 lots. 2 lots are HOA community lots.
If you divide the quote of 64,000 between 55 lot owners..the total is about $1164. Per lot owner. There will have to be a vote and pass by 2/3. There can also be a special assessment to pay for it. We have an option of using the balance we have to lessen what ppl will pay…. So hopefully, it can all be discussed at the meeting on April 26th at 10 a.m. in the garage located at 210 Fork Lake Dr.
