Proof of Income (SS benefits letter, paystubs, etc)

What happens after you submit your application ?
Background checks-credit and criminal
If background check is accepted your file is reviewed by our compliance department. Once it passes compliance it’s time to get ready to move!!

*This is a tax credit, income restricted property which means your household income must fall below a certain level which varies by how many are in your household. Rent amount is based on 60% of average income for our area.

Are you looking for a change of scenery?

We are currently taking applications for a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit on the third floor, right near the elevator. This is a market unit so there is no maximum rent restriction and no yearly recertification process! Newly repainted and new carpet throughout. All appliances included! Rent includes water, sewer, trash and internet. You must be able to set up an Alliant account in your name for electric prior to move in. Security deposit is only $99! Rent is $999/month.

We are also taking wait list applications for a tax credit 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit. Tax credit means you must be below a certain income. Date available is tbd.

(All units have minimum income requirement of 2x the monthly rent. Maximum income limits vary by unit, so it depends on which unit becomes available.)

OR if you would like to apply to be on the waitlist for a one bedroom or 4 bedroom unit, please let us know that too! These do not come up often but when they do, we pull from our waitlist.

We still have 2 bedroom apartments available for rent. $899/month includes water/sewer/trash, and our security deposit is now only $99.
