7️⃣ days on the market…Can you believe it? 🤩 That is the “median days on market” for homes for sale in 2021.

It is no surprise, many are reevaluating the “home life” experience and creating that experience has become a major priority for both homeowners and prospective buyers alike.

With the many reasons we sell and buy homes, here are a some statistics from the Board of Realtors to marinate on.

✅ Homes being sold in 2021 enjoy a median of 7 days on the market down from 22 days in 2019. 🥳
✅ The median price of homes SOLD in 2021 is $375,000 compared to $302,000 in 2019. Another WIN!

As you can see, there have been some definite changes.
