Spacious three bedroom two bath town house for rent right right down the street from Kwik Star on Main avenue in Clinton. Here's the deal, currently two tenants and one is moving out, if I find one room mate rent goes to 300 a piece. If ANOTHER one is found rent goes down to 250 a month. All utilities split between room mates EXCEPT sewage which is covered by the Landlord. First person to get in gets a carpeted room downstairs with their own bathroom sink and shower. Laundry on sight. Street parking. No calendar parking in this neighborhood but you have to be careful because there is a stop sign close by. Landlord would like to meet upon signing lease.
