They keep changing the rules. We keep showing up.

That’s what makes National Voter Registration Day matter.

This year, we’ve seen new voting restrictions, changes to registration requirements, attacks on mail voting, and fights over who gets to shape the rules voters have to navigate heading into the midterms.

And let’s be clear: they don’t spend years fighting over voting access because our votes don’t matter.

They know our votes have power.

But We Got Us is more than a response to a crisis.

It’s a declaration that no matter what laws are rewritten, what resources are stripped away, or what barriers get put in our way, our communities keep showing up for one another.

So today, don’t just think about Election Day. Know where you stand before you get there.

Check your voter registration. Make sure your information is current. Know what you’ll need to vote in your state.
