Maintenance Matters 🛠️
AAA Property Management strives to take care of maintenance issues as soon as they come in. Does that mean every work order will be completed the same day it is called in? Unfortunately, not always. It depends on the type of issue, how urgent it is, vendor availability, and everyone’s schedules.
We also know that sometimes maintenance may not be handled as quickly as it should be. We are human, and things can occasionally be overlooked due to simple human error. We take responsibility for that, and at the end of the day, our goal is always to make sure the issue gets taken care of.
Maintenance is one of the hardest parts of property management. We receive calls about everything from HVAC and plumbing to pest control, electrical issues, appliances, leaks, and general maintenance. Keeping up with all of those calls and making sure the right people are scheduled takes a lot of coordination.
We are incredibly thankful to work with some amazing local vendors here in the Clinton area. Without our vendors, we simply could not do what we do. They work hard alongside us to get our tenants’ issues resolved and keep our properties running smoothly.
And when a tenant takes the time to call or message us and say, “Thank you for getting that taken care of so quickly,” — it truly means the world to us. ❤️
We may not always be perfect, but we truly care about our tenants, our properties, and the work we do. We will continue doing our best every day to keep up with maintenance and get issues resolved as quickly as possible.
