I get it. Getting a home truly show-ready is a lot of work. But your home is probably the biggest investment you own, and how you bring it to market matters enormously.

A well-prepped, properly priced home doesn't just sell faster, it puts more money in your pocket. While you're tackling the prep list, I'm deep in the data: what sold, what didn't, and what's about to hit the market, so we price it right from the start.

And if you're thinking "I just want a little wiggle room" or "I just want to recoup" I hear you, but overpricing almost always costs more than it gains. The goal is to chase the market up, not spend months chasing it down.
