Another closing today - it’s been a busy week! 🏡🎉 Referrals and my sphere truly are the heart of my business, and I’m so grateful every time someone trusts me enough to send their clients, friends, or family my way.

And for buyers who have been sitting on the sidelines, right now there are opportunities to negotiate! I had two buyer closings this week, and through negotiations I was able to secure things like seller-paid closing costs, home warranties, and extended closing timeframes to make the transition easier for my clients.
