We started Groov in 2020 with the goal of giving land developers a better way to manage their developments, lots, and sales. 6 years later, that goal hasn't changed, but the platform has come a long way.

Your development is more than just lots. Builders are putting up homes, some are finished and for sale, and some lots are still available.

Groov now shows all of it on one map.

Whether it's a spec home that's already for sale or a lot with floor plans to choose from, Groov shows buyers what's available. Homes can include beds, baths, finished square footage, and other details. Lots can show which builders build there, the size of home that fits, and the floor plans available for that lot.

Buyers can filter by lot type or switch between available homes and lots.

It gives your builders another place to showcase their homes while giving buyers one place to see everything available in your development.

The Audience view in Groov's widget analytics shows you where people viewing your interactive lot map are coming from and which markets are generating the most activity.

Maybe most of your traffic is local. Or maybe you're getting more interest from people several states away than you realized.

As more people use your map, you'll start to get a better picture of where that interest is coming from.

Knowing where people are looking from can also help you make better decisions about where to focus your marketing dollars and which markets may be worth targeting.
