A friendly reminder to take a few simple steps to protect your home:

* Clear Gutters & Downspouts: Make sure rainwater can flow freely away from your foundation! ➡️💧

*🚨 Check Your Sump Pump: Ensure it's working properly! This can save you big $$ and prevent water damage & mold. Consider a battery backup for power outages.

* 🧐 Review Your Homeowners Insurance: Many policies have limited coverage for water intrusion or sump pump failure, so it's good to be informed!
