Lucky Friday for helping a couple of first-time home buyers get to the closing table! Back-to-back in Cliffside Park and Harrington Park, both closed in similar price ranges but are very different homes. Suburban vs urban, property sizes, taxes, school systems, commutes…these factors all come into consideration when shopping for homes and it helps to have an agent with local knowledge on your team! 💪🏻
