In order to execute on our master plan vision, we have requested a series of text changes and additions to the Botetourt County TND Ordinance. We believe each change is necessary for the success of Harvest at Blue Ridge, but will also help guide the ordinance toward the vision for Traditional Neighborhoods outlined in the County’s comprehensive plan.

The master plan for Harvest at Blue Ridge was crafted with community at its heart. It offers ample space for community gathering, from its vibrant neighborhood center to the green spaces tying the neighborhood together. The topography and existing natural features of the Murray Cider property are also utilized to create beautiful shared spaces, while allowing the development to lay lightly upon the land.
