🌿 HOA Reminder – Mowing Season is Here 🌿

As mowing season gets underway, we kindly ask everyone to help keep the community looking its best.

Please remember to:
• Clean up after your pets
• Pick up any toys, hoses, or personal items from your yard

This helps our mowing crew work efficiently and safely, and keeps everything looking neat and well-maintained.

We appreciate everyone doing their part—thank you!

Completely unacceptable!

Someone chose to dump a large box of trash beside the dumpster and leave it scattered around the area instead of disposing of it properly. Behavior like this is disrespectful to every resident who takes pride in keeping our community clean.

Dumping trash on the ground because it is inconvenient to handle properly is simply irresponsible. The dumpsters are provided for proper use, and leaving garbage beside them creates a mess for others to deal with and reflects poorly on the entire community.

This incident, shown on the attached video, is currently being reviewed and the responsible party will be addressed accordingly. Thanks to someone being hungry for Taco Bell, we have a pretty good lead already.

Let this be clear: our community expects owners and tenants to respect the property and the neighbors who live here. Actions like this will not be ignored or tolerated.

If something does not fit in the dumpster, it must be taken to an appropriate disposal facility. Leaving it on the ground is not acceptable under any circumstance.

We all share this neighborhood. Please act like it.

❄️ Winter Weather Update ❄️

Community roads and sidewalks were pre-treated with salt Friday evening in preparation for the incoming snow and ice.

We are expecting a significant winter event along with sustained below-freezing temperatures. Our contracted crew will be on site periodically to clear roads and address conditions as weather allows; however, slick and icy areas are likely to persist into next week.

If you must travel, please use extreme caution when walking or driving within the community and limit travel when possible.

We also encourage all owners and tenants to drip faucets during the freeze to help prevent frozen pipes.

Landscaping work has begun on the upper level. Please be mindful of the crew as you enter and exit the Villas. They’ll have equipment, trucks, and trailers on site, so we ask that everyone use extra caution and patience while work is underway.

Residents of Tinkerview Townhouses,

First and foremost, the Board would like to extend our sincere apologies to all residents—both owners and tenants—for the recent issues regarding lawn care and grounds maintenance. We fully recognize the frustration this has caused and want to assure you that your concerns have not gone unheard.

We have been working diligently behind the scenes to resolve these issues, and as many of you may have noticed, the landscaping crew is currently on-site addressing the immediate needs.

Please know that this is not a one-time fix. The Board is actively implementing a longer-term plan to ensure the exterior grounds of Tinkerview Townhouses are consistently maintained at a standard we can all be proud of.

We appreciate your patience as we work to restore and uphold the quality of our community.
