It's that time of year when we wonder if the Vigo Co. Harrison Township Assessor is a crack head. We have 4 houses in the township. 3 of the 4 houses are very similar 2-3 Bedroom approx. 1200 sqft. Two of the houses we fixed up and remodeled and two of the houses we sold on contract. Can you guess which is the most and least expensive county appraisal? Any guesses which one climbed in value $21K in a year?

This was a gross house. Smell of dogs and urine. Let it air out for 4 months before even starting rehab. Still had to replace all the subfloors to get rid of the smell. Now it is clean and smelling great.
