She always felt that the micro-climates, culture, and communities here in Sonoma County reminded her of his Mediterranean lifestyle. Jackie’s background in education and birth work has given her experiences and skills that apply well to her career in real estate such as patience, attention to detail, ability to work well under time pressure and potentially stressful situations, and always putting her clients’ best interests first. Jackie loves getting to know her buyers and really honing in on their styles, preferences, and timing requirements for a smooth transition. She is happy to hold your hand whether you are buying for the first time or you are a seasoned pro. Jackie also thrives with sellers and helps them to price, prepare, and market their property for a timely and optimum sale. Jackie has a deep sense of integrity while simultaneously being a savvy businesswoman with a deep knowledge of the local market and strong negotiation skills. Her “no pressure” motto allows her clients to make sound decisions from informed places. Jackie and her husband, Aaron Yarbrough, live in Sebastopol with their three daughters, three adorable rescue dogs, and 4 chickens. In her free time, you can find her playing the ukulele, tubing down the Russian River, listening to records, and enjoying all things food related from local farmer’s markets to vendors, and restaurants.
