🚨 IMPORTANT WIRE FRAUD ALERT 🚨

We have learned that criminals are sending emails that appear to come from real estate professionals and attaching fraudulent wiring instructions displaying a copied Curry County Abstract & Title Co. logo.

These fraudulent emails and wiring instructions did not come from our company. Criminals can copy logos, names, and email language to make fraudulent documents appear legitimate.

Please remember:

✅ We will NEVER send wiring instructions through regular email.
✅ Our legitimate wiring instructions are delivered securely through Qualia.
✅ Always call our office using a known, trusted phone number to verify every detail before sending funds.

Never rely solely on an email—even if it appears to come from someone you know or displays our company logo.

Realtors and lenders: Please personally remind every customer who will be wiring funds to call our office and verify the instructions before sending any money.

Wire fraud is widespread, and once funds are sent to a fraudulent account, they can be extremely difficult or impossible to recover. Please share this warning to help us protect our customers and community.
