662 N Helm Ave, Clovis! I have been doing the real estate thing for over 10 years full time, and still to this day, I find joy in handing the keys over to the individuals and families I support.

There is something truly special about being a part of this small yet very important chapter in someone's life. The chapter about relocating for a new job, upsizing for a growing family, downsizing for a more simple life, moving for more adventure, wanting a better education for ones kids, etc etc. The chapter about new surroundings, in a different neighborhood, home, community. The unknown, the excitement, the nerves, overwhelming changes, and more. I still love what I do, because I have the opportunity to guide, to comfort, and ultimately ensure a smooth process for each of my clients during the wild chapter of selling a home, buying a home, and moving.

The wonderful family I supported on this purchase happened to be a part of my wife's family, so basically my family lol. Moving from out of state so their kids could live closer to the grandparents. SOLD 💪 $700,000 44496 Trabuco Mountain Rd, Coarsegold.

This was a special one for me. I have known one of the sellers literally since birth, and have known his wife for over 20 years. It’s always super sweet when friends and family choose to work with me. Even though there is a previous relationship before working together, I always make sure to keep it real and focus on the job at hand.

This listing was one for the books…

You’d be shocked how many agents said I couldn’t get this property sold for $700,000 based on comps. Shoot, even the lender rejected the first appraisal that was completed because they didn’t agree comps supported the value. The lender forced a second appraisal before moving forward with the loan. Not something I would ever agree with, but sometimes you gotta roll with the punches. After the second appraisal came in under contract price, we were able to negotiate the buyer side to close the gap. Ultimately, my seller netted the same amount even though it appraised for under contract price. We fought hard and came out victorious! Buyer received a sweet property, and my sellers closed out at an epic price!

When it comes to real estate, there are always hurdles that can happen during the transaction. A professional knows how to not only guide you through the process, but they also have the experience to navigate through and over each hurdle protecting you and your interests during every step of buying or selling a home.
