Congrats to my first-time home buyer on closing on this awesome new build in Riverstone! 🏡

Buying from a builder is a little different than a typical resale. The sales office represents the builder, so it’s always good to have someone in your corner helping with the contract, timelines, and making sure everything stays on track. I’m always happy to advocate for my buyers and help them navigate the process.

It also helps knowing the different areas around town and what the different builders have to offer so buyers can find the right fit for them.
