This transaction was a special one for me. I’ve had the pleasure of knowing this family years now, and it means so much that they reached out to me after relocating out of state to help prepare and sell their home here in California.
From walking the property and creating a plan to get it market-ready, to navigating a couple of unexpected bumps along the way, this journey reminded me that real estate doesn’t always follow a straight path.
