We’re seeing a bit of a shift in the Greater Fresno area. Nothing dramatic, but definitely something buyers and sellers should be paying attention to.

Sales dipped slightly (-2.3%), and median price is just a touch lower (-0.9%), while price per square foot is still holding steady (+0.8%). The biggest change? Homes are taking a little longer to sell—average days on market is up 12.5% to 45 days.
