Most people think they need 20% down to buy a home…
Which is why a lot of people are out here saving like it’s a Costco run… just stacking everything up “just in case” 😅
But the truth is, you might be able to get in with as little as 3%–3.5% down… and in some cases, even 0.
That doesn’t mean buying is right for everyone right now…
but it does mean you might be closer than you think.
My goal with posts like this is simple—help you understand your options so you can make the best decision for you and your family.
