June 25th, 2026: Monthly Meeting Recap

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our June Monthly Meeting. Together, we discussed important Building 12 updates, upcoming summer events, the proposed Community Location Model presented by General Manager Marvin Walton, and learned more about the Save Givans Creek Woods Initiative.

We also shared an important Riverbay Board Election update. **As of June 23, only 85 Building 12 shareholders had cast their ballots.** Every vote matters, and we encourage all eligible shareholders to participate before the deadline.

As we head into our summer meeting recess, thank you for your continued support, ideas, and commitment to making Building 12 a stronger, safer, and more connected community.

📦 ATTENTION BUILDING 12 RESIDENTS 📦

We've received reports that some packages are being left in unauthorized locations instead of being delivered directly to apartment doors or designated parcel areas.

If your package is not delivered properly, please contact the delivery company directly and report the carrier involved. Prompt reporting helps ensure delivery concerns are documented and addressed as quickly as possible.

Together, we can help protect deliveries, reduce lost packages, and improve service for everyone in our building.

To better serve our members, our Co-Op City branch located at 755 Co-Op City Boulevard, Bronx, NY, 10475 will be permanently closed effective Friday, May 29, 2026.

We look forward to welcoming you to the branch's new location on Monday, June 1, 2026 at 330 Baychester Avenue, Bronx, NY, 10475 at 8:30 AM.

We can't wait to welcome you to our new space and continue providing personalized service to our members!
