She then went on to the University of St. Francis, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management in 2002. Soon after, Jenna was accepted as a graduate student at Northern Illinois University where she received a Master’s Degree in Education in 2009. Jenna spent the first 15 years of her working career as a math and special education teacher for Minooka School District. During her last few years working in education, Jenna and her husband Chris started their own real-estate investment company on the side, in which they bought and managed single family rental properties, and in addition, began to renovate and flip houses. Jenna’s love for real estate and interior design continued to grow and so did their business. In 2020, Jenna left education to meet the demands of their growing company. Jenna is an entrepreneur by spirit, a proud wife to her husband-Chris, the Vice President of C.J Cove Properties LLC., and most importantly- a mom to her 3 boys and step-daughter- Riley, Frankie, Jack and Ava. Jenna moved to Grundy County in 2005, and has resided in the Goose Lake Area for the past 17 years. She loves everything real-estate related and has extensive experience in rental property investment and interior design/staging.

6035 Northern Drive in Goose Lake. Another Deal Closed TODAY. I felt pressure with this one, that normally - I don’t. Not because of the Seller. He was awesome! I put the pressure on myself. Because this was a referral. Because this was listed with a different brokerage for 9 months prior to me. Because this is the community I live in. I’ve always loved this home when I would pass it. So we attacked this with a new plan and my team of professionals. With a little elbow grease to the inside, a new marketing plan, an amazing video, light staging, aggressive communication, preparation, follow up and follow through- I was able to get this home under contract in 17 days and closed in under 30 days. Teaching. The most undervalued profession that exists. As we head back into the school year- I’d like to honor a special teacher with a “beginning of the year gift-card” that they can spend on whatever they would like. I’m beyond grateful for the chapters of my life that I got to teach and work with some of the best teachers at Minooka. I am also so grateful for the extra special teachers in Coal City who have taught my own boys over the years.
