Yes, we're in a buyer's market — but don't mistake that for a market where homes aren't selling. Buyers are still buying!
In fact, just in the last week, 3 of my sellers accepted offers and went into escrow, 2 in Coarsegold and 1 in Oakhurst. That's a strong reminder that serious buyers are still out there and ready to make a move.
