I am fortunate to have almost all of my family living here as well. I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration - Marketing from California State University, Fresno in 2004. I was a member of Delta Gamma Fraternity, Order of Omega Honor Society and the Armenian Student's Organization. I have been a real estate licensee since Spring of 2003 and have been an active Realtor since June of 2004. In December of 2005, I received my Real Estate Broker's License and proudly work as a Broker-Associate at Realty Concepts. From November of 2007 until the present I have been specializing in bank-owned (REO/Foreclosure) listings and also work with traditional, short sales and Buyers of all kinds. I pride myself in being organized, tech-savvy, personable and a problem-solver. I have been a Local Listing Broker that markets and lists HUD Homes since 9/2010. Dom and I sold our personal home which closed escrow last week. We had a very smooth escrow and we are grateful we got it done so quickly! We hope that the new owners love it as much as we did.

My other sale was a personal referral that was following the same timelines as my own home (which was kind of weird but also helpful 😅), we had a great escrow on that one too!
