Born and raised in central Massachusetts, my experience with real estate began in 1986 when I first sold modular homes. I expanded my contracting business to include renovations and restorations, as well as designing and building custom homes. With the assistance of many employees, I incorporated excavating/septic services in order to provide a turn-key package for my customers. Over the years, I

purchased many multi-family properties which provided good cash flow and solid investment. My wife, Gail, and I lived in Geneva, Switzerland prior to moving to Schoharie County in July 2003. We live on a beautiful 100-acre farm outside of Cooperstown, NY with our three Labrador Retrievers, Jake, Ben, and Sam, and Cavachon, Riley.

Looking for a recommendation for a cleaning service to clean top to bottom, windows floors… Everything. 3000 square-foot three-story home that is vacant and a 3000 square-foot garage. The property will have just been vacated and we want it to look fresh and clean. Property is located halfway between Cobleskill and Oneonta off of exit 18 of I-88.
