Norm's roofing is starting on replacing a roof on one of our buildings today. It is December 22, 2025 and 17° outside, and his crew is so committed that they are started before 8am. We have used Norm's Roofing several times and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to have a metal roof put on.

Just after noon yesterday we received a no heat call from a tenant. After determining the part needed to fix it was special order, and about 40% the cost of a new furnace, we chose to install a new, higher efficiency furnace. I called my son-in-law at 10 Point Handyman to give me a hand, and by 5:28pm we had the new furnace installed and running.

Mansfield is doing another sewer lining for us. We don't like having issues, and sewer line backups are one of them that can be reduced or eliminated by lining the old clay tile. This process prevents roots from growing into the sewer lines. The properties we have already had done has been trouble free since.
