“All Realtors are the same.”
🛑 NO !!! 🛑 NOT TRUE! 🛑
We are not created equally. It is so so important to do your research before hiring your Realtor, on the buying or selling side. Here are some things to looking for before deciding to work with a Realtor:
✨ Do your personalities match up? You will be spending A LOT of time with this person. Make sure you can stand them.
✨ Do they answer their phone? Even though our phones should be attached to our hip at all times, most Realtors don’t answer their phone.
✨ Do they seem organized & on top of things? A main part of our job is to make sure everyone is doing everything, at the right times. If your agent isn’t organized and on top of deadlines, this can cost YOU a lot of money.
✨ Is your Realtor from the area? Or familiar with the area? Don’t bring an agent from another state. I can promise you, it always ends up in a nightmare.
