This is a full-time opportunity for a Real Estate Agent based in the Baltimore Metro area. Agents at CORE Maryland are supported with a steady pipeline of leads, allowing them to focus on building relationships and closing deals.
Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties; conducting showings; negotiating contracts; preparing market analyses; and guiding clients through the closing process. Agents are also expected to follow up on provided leads, maintain their pipeline using CRM tools, and continue generating business through networking and marketing efforts.
CORE agents benefit from:
* Up to 250 leads per month at the brokerage level

Qualifications
* Active Real Estate License
* Proficiency in Real Estate and Real Property management, including familiarity with market trends and regulations
* Strong Sales and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and meet their needs effectively
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
* Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and achieve goals
* Experience in technology platforms used in real estate transactions is a plus
* Driver’s license and reliable transportation
