Gail started in the title industry in 1998 working for attorneys. In 2004, Gail opened her own title company. She has developed great relationships with many of the real estate professionals working in Brevard County and goes the extra mile to make sure each customer she interacts with is satisfied with the outcome of the closings. Gail went back to college to get her

bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies at UCF to further educate her in the title field. She was raised in Massachusetts and moved to Florida in 1996. Gail has a daughter that also works at A1A Beachside Title. When not working Gail spends her spare time in her garden or on the beach. Her friends, clients and associates all enjoy the abundance of vegetables she brings into the office. Darci Thompson

Nicole started in the title industry at the age of 12 working for her mother. She has lived in Cocoa Beach her entire life. Nicole is a graduate from University of North Florida. In her spare time you can always find her playing volleyball or soccer.

August is around the corner and we're getting to the middle of hurricane season...

For newcomers, it's time to set up your hurricane prep kit! You can find different ideas for a hurricane kit online but here are some essentials usually seen…
🌧 Nonperishable food and water needed to last for the duration of hurricane and for after
🌧 Flashlights, batteries, and candles (and a way to light candle)
🌧 First aid kit
🌧 Anything needed for animals including food, water, medication, and a way to transport in case of emergency
🌧 Baby supplies
🌧 Personal hygiene and sanitation items
🌧 Battery operated radio or portable chargers
🌧 Evacuation plan

Making sure home is hurricane ready can include
🌧 A generator
🌧 Covers to board all windows
🌧 Make sure trees and bushes are trimmed ahead of time and gutters cleaned
🌧 A safe area in the house for yourself, family, and animals
🌧 Somewhere to put all outside furniture so it doesn't go flying
