Brevard Zoo: Not your average zoo day. Feed giraffes, kayak past animal habitats, and pretend you’re “just there for the kids” while fully enjoying yourself too.

Local Craft Breweries: Cold beer, laid-back vibes, live music, and locals who somehow always know the best hidden spots. Intracoastal Brewing is basically a must if you like your vacations with a side of good IPAs.

The little details matter more than ever during summer travel season. Check your linens, towels, outdoor furniture, kitchen essentials, WiFi, and AC before guests start rolling in consistently. What feels “minor” now usually turns into reviews later.

2️⃣ Update your listing photos
If your photos feel outdated, dark, or don’t showcase the summer experience, it may be time for a refresh. Guests book based on emotion first. Bright, clean, lifestyle-focused photos make a huge difference.

3️⃣ Tighten up your operations
