Since our Florida governor lifted restrictions, we are able to rent weekly again. Fortunately, a professional women's baseball league for 2 or 3 months this summer. Also, all of our snowbirds have signed contracts for Jan thru April of 2021....as long as they can still stay healthy.

We are booked for November and 1st 2 weeks of December, 2017 and Christmas week of 2017. And January 1 to end of April 2018.

Our upstairs unit 210 is under contract and we are closing before 2017. Life is good.

Met with our realtor. We are selling unit 210, the upstairs unit.

Going to sell unit 210. Met with our realtor, trying to get it on the market before this fall.

Unit 210 is now rented for the 4th of July week. We have special pricing all through July and August for this upstairs 2 story unit. Our downstairs unit #105 is rented for most of the summer, YEA!

We are booked through April of 2016! Still have openings during may-december. Our ground floor unit is booked all of july 2016 and various weeks in may and june. But the upstairs unit with gorgeous ocean views is still available during all these months. Call for a week or more during the summer/fall of 2016.

Happy Fall season to ALL! We are running specials for weeks and months during September, October, November and part of December. Although we are booked for next winter---Jan thru April in both units, this is a fabulous time to experience Cocoa Beach and central Florida. So many festivals!! Disney's Epcot center has it's annual Fall Wine, Beer and Food Fest--.Check their website for details. We go every year and it is great fun and about 1 hour from our rentals.

Unit 105 (bottom floor) is rented all of June---YEA! Also, rented most of July and part of August! Gregory, his girlfriend and another couple are staying there in August. Cocoa Beach is becoming very popular in the summer with northerners and international visitors--Irish family (from Ireland) are taking 3 weeks in July. Still have openings in unit 210---May-July and end of August-December.
