• Closed sales: 818 — down 2.5%
• Inventory supply: 3.5 months

🏢 CONDOS + TOWNHOUSES
• Median sale price: $272,500 — up 6.9%
• Closed sales: 172 — up 6.8%
• Inventory supply: 5.9 months

Percentage changes compare September 2026 with September 2025. Months of supply measures available inventory relative to the sales pace.
